# Limits and Restrictions

> There are some limitations and restrictions on the use of the Hostza API.

Our services are globally available and not restricted to any country. In cases of extreme overuse or abuse of the platform, users may be subject to rate limitations. Please note that due to regulations, local laws, and concerns about security and privacy, there may be specific restrictions on accessing our services and APIs in certain countries.

## API Limits

<Info>Illegal or abusive use of our API may result in the suspension of your account and other platform services.</Info>

The API is subject to rate limits **(subject to change)**. Current rate limits have a maximum limit of **100 requests per minute**.

If you exceed the rate limit, you will receive a `429 Too Many Requests` response. Please wait 15 minutes before making another request.

It is important to note that these API usage limits are globally defined on the Hostza platform and may be enforced regardless of the user's plan, whether free or enterprise.
